JONDANI: THE NEW HEART OF BEETHOVENSTRAAT
Jondani, led by Executive Chef Michael Verboom, is on a mission to bring the Parisian charm to the bustling city of Amsterdam. The restaurant’s menu showcases international flavours with a fine French influence. Signature dishes like the miso-marinated Black Cod, Lobster Linguine, and Wagyu Burger Rossini Style combine high-quality ingredients and pure flavors. A carefully curated wine list complements the dishes, offering accessible and exclusive options.
Derived from the names of co-owners Mickey and Yoeri de Jong’s sons, the name “Jondani” symbolises the bond between family. “The name Jondani was born out of the love for our sons. It was important to us to create something that not only represents our families, but also the warmth and connection we want to radiate in our restaurant.”
The interior, crafted by the design agency Woodfever, features marble floors and dynamic lighting enhancing the ambiance. Located in the trendy Oud-Zuid neighborhood, Jondani is open daily from 11:00 AM to midnight, accommodating around 75 guests indoors and 40 on the terrace. Jondani is the perfect destination for the modern and classy thirty-something who lives or works in Oud-Zuid and the Zuidas.
